Welcome to Breast Friend Retreat! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, event registrations, ticket purchases, and participation in all Breast Friend Retreat events. By using our website or registering for an event, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Terms & Agreement

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees, website users, and participants of Breast Friend Retreat events.
  • By purchasing a ticket or registering for the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
  • Breast Friend Retreat reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. There will be NO refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Travel restrictions
  • Illness or medical emergencies
  • Weather conditions
  • Work or personal obligations
  • Any unforeseen events beyond the control of Breast Friend Retreat

Deposits Are Non-Refundable. If a deposit payment option is available, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Tickets Are Non-Transferable. Tickets purchased for Breast Friend Retreat are specific to the purchaser and cannot be resold, gifted, or transferred without prior approval.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made via approved payment methods listed on our website.
  • If a payment plan option is available, attendees must adhere to scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments will result in ticket cancellation with no refund.
  • Chargebacks and disputes filed against Breast Friend Retreat will be contested, and attendees may be banned from future events if fraudulent disputes are filed.

4. Event Etiquette & Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Verbal abuse, insults, or intimidation
  • Unwanted advances or inappropriate physical contact
  • Disrupting sessions, workshops, or group activities
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or aggressive behavior

Photography, videography, or audio recording is strictly prohibited without prior consent.

5. Security & Safety Protocols

  • Attendees must comply with all security measures and instructions.
  • Weapons, illegal drugs, or any contraband are strictly prohibited.
  • Attendees must follow emergency procedures in case of medical, fire, or disaster situations.

6. Website Use & Online Conduct

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Not post or transmit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene material.
  • Not engage in fraud, phishing, or illegal activities.
  • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with website functionality.

7. Ticket & Event Changes

  • Breast Friend Retreat reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speaker lineup, and activities without prior notice.
  • No compensation will be provided if an event session is altered, postponed, or replaced.
  • Force Majeure Clause: If an event is canceled due to acts of God, pandemics, government regulations, or other uncontrollable circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

By attending the event, you acknowledge:

  • Participation carries inherent risks.
  • Breast Friend Retreat is not responsible for any injury, illness, or travel interruptions.
  • No guarantees are made regarding specific event outcomes.

9. Photography & Media Release

By attending, you grant Breast Friend Retreat permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be included in event photography, you must notify staff in writing before the event.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country].
